Originally founded in 2011 by Chef Anthony Carron, the philosophy of 800° starts with the purest ingredients and a proprietary custom-made wood-fired oven. Add in the scratch dough, fresh locally procured produce, and artisan-quality meats and cheeses to create a unique, subtle, and smoky taste to everything we create. Get in my BELLY!!! We ordered the wings as an appetizer (jackpot) and the half chicken (yes please) as well as the Honey Badger pizza (BOOM) for main entrees. Jasmine was our server and I highly recommend you ask to be seated at one of her table(s). She was attentive to our drinks both water and adult beverages. She knew the menu very well and pointed us in the right direction based on our preferences. Food was absolutely delicious! I probably don't have the most “refined pallet” but you'd be hard pressed not to find something on this menu that's not (double negative) worth coming back for… Do it. Do it.

10/10 would highly recommend. My girlfriend and I celebrated our birthdays together. The service was fantastic and the food (portions and quality) were exceptional.
Amazing experience. We love asking the server their favourite dish on the menu and running with it…T'shun NAILED it with his recommendations 4/4 (rarely happens). He also provided amazing service and wine recommendation!! 5 star all the way. Thanks T'shun!!
